A company does not need to be peer-nominated in order to advertise or have editorial content appearing on EV + Battery Tech Monthly. In addition, e-news site advertising does not confer automatic e-marketplace nomination eligibility or benefits on EV + Battery Tech Finder.
Companies nominated to EV + Battery Tech Finder receive preferred rate discounts on eligible standalone advertising, content syndication, e-newsletter sponsorships, Sponsored Video and Featured Expert purchases on EV + Battery Tech Monthly. For agency programs, multi-title or multi-divisional campaigns, annual agreements and custom packages across our full Components Source Network, please request a tailored quote.
CAMPAIGN TERMS AND PREFERRED RATES:
- Recurring advertising opportunities may be booked for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Listed campaign prices are totals for the selected term.
- One-time content fees cover one item on one publication, unless a multi-title package is agreed.
- The C-Suite / Founder Spotlight is $995 per spotlight, with no frequency discount.
- Preferred rates may not be combined with agency commissions, multi-title packages, introductory offers or other discounts unless approved in writing by EV + Battery Tech Monthly.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
- All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change. Rates, scope, placement and scheduling are confirmed at booking.
- Purchases made in non-U.S. dollars will be converted to USD at the current daily exchange rate.
- Accepted payment methods are Stripe, ACH, wire transfer or corporate check. Standard PO’s may be sent to hello@evandbatterytechmonthly.com.
- Stripe payments are subject to an additional 2.9% processing fee.
- Payment in full is due before advertising or promotional services begin.
- Website display advertisements begin running within 48 hours after receipt of payment in full, all required materials and technical approvals, unless another start date is agreed between parties in writing. Newsletter placements, sponsored content, profiles and Spotlights follow the schedule confirmed at booking.
- Advertising space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. If a booked placement is unavailable, the publisher may substitute a placement of equal or greater value at no additional charge.
- A booking confirmation is sent within two (2) business days after receipt of the request.
- All purchases are subject to our terms and conditions of sale.
- Custom packages, graphic design, video production and additional content-development services may be quoted separately.
- Company-supplied Featured Expert Profiles include light proofreading and formatting. Substantial editing carries an additional $250 fee per profile, agreed before work begins. Additional research or complete rewriting is quoted separately.
- Advertising and sponsored content are reviewed for industry relevance, editorial quality and technical accuracy. Sponsored content is clearly identified, and editorial decisions remain at the sole discretion of the Editor-in-Chief. Advertising participation does not guarantee independent editorial coverage or endorsement.
DIGITAL ADVERTISING SPECIFICATIONS:
- Accepted file formats: JPEG, PNG and GIF.
- Maximum file size: 150KB or smaller, according to the confirmed pixel dimensions.
- Supply the external URL to which your banner should link.
- Advertisements with a white background must include a visible border.
